In Between is about noon, the mid-day, in between dawn and dusk, about a city in between layers of cultures. The film depicts the sun dials as well as people of Istanbul. Istanbul at noon in a summer day; a cross continental metropolis literally on two continents - Asia and Europe; a cross-cultural city surrounded by sea, where millions of people from all cultures live and have lived and sun-dials still exist.
