A documentary with elements of a docu-drama about the life and work of the artist Ori Reisman,
who lived in Kibbutz Cabri in Israel and died in 1991.
The film, which took six years to produce, is based on voice recordings
made with Ori in 1981.
Ori\'s voice is interwoven throughout the film and
leads to meetings with people who were meaningful in his life.
Through the ensuing dialogue, his image is revealed in all its complexities.
Ori\'s memories, some of which are included in the film, penetrate into his
innermost being in a search for The Truth and the meaning of
Eternity,
as Ori climbs to the mountain peak. The way, as Ori says, is at first visible, continues as a mystery and has a known ending.
